The renovation of this Emblematic House, with over 100 years of history, has been undertaken trying to maintain and respect the essence and history kept in its walls.
The purpose was to highlight its character as a family estate while enhancing its original essence, adapting it to today’s needs and providing the property with all the necessary facilities for its enjoyment in the 21st century. It is important for us to be as friendly to the planet as possible: Wi-Fi, electric car chargers, green energy, etc…
The interior space has been rearranged to create different fully equipped and independent apartments. Six suites, all distinct and unique, equipped with all the necessary services so that you can feel at home in your second home.
Each apartment is fully equipped (kitchen, bathroom, heating,…) and it has its own outdoor terrace. The renovation takes advantage of the beauty of the landscape of Tafira, enhancing the windows of the house so that every space is filled with light, pine trees and “picón”, a local volcanic soil.
The historical wine press has been restored, and the reception area has been located in this space to welcome our visitors and show them the old splendor of the recovered space.
